Row 500m
50 Box Jumps (20”)
50 Pushups
50 Situps
50 Jumping Pullups
50 GHD Back Extensions
50 Dips (Rings or Bar)
20 Turkish Get Up – alternating arms (52/35)

Coach Paul is leading today’s workouts…be prepared for some surprises 🙂  Although this workout is for time, take your time on the Turkish Get Ups.  Know your capacity with these and don’t get hurt!
