10 Burpees
10 Push Press (95/65)
30 Double Unders

Post Push Press Loads and Metcon Time to Comments
For the strength segment, perform Push Presses (don’t jerk it, Brad) in sets of 3 reps as heavy as possible.   

For the conditioning workout, use a Push Press load of 50% 1RM.
