Deadlifts

Death By Power Clean
Perform 1 PC the first minute, 2 the second, 3 the third, etc until you can’t complete a full round.
Use 75-80% 1RM
Post Deadlift Loads and Workout Rounds Completed to Comments
For the strength segment, perform 5 sets 2 rep Deadlifts. Lower the bar to the floor for all reps and work up as heavy as possible.
For the conditioning workout, use as little assistance as possible for your pullups.
