For the skill segment, we will practice and drill OHS and Snatches.

For the conditioning workout, start and end the workout with an 800m sprint. 

OPEN GYM tonight from 7-7:45pm!  Make up a missed workout or work on your lifts!

*EXPANSION UPDATE*
Painting is just about finished…need to wrap up the stripe (being extending around the entire gym) and some touch up.  Demo on the wall up by the garage door should take place today, which will make room for our new “check in” area.  Wall cut out should be framed in today.  New Pullup Rig is in and the plan is to assemble it this Sunday starting at 10…if you can lend a hand that’d be awesome!!  Thanks for your patience as we get everything done over the next couple of weeks!
