This WOD was first programmed at CFD on August 16, 2008. It is not for time in any way. You will do a group warmup and then progressively add weight to the bar on EVERY set for the whole workout. Note that the final reps are push jerks, not splits. Each set should be close to a max effort. Make sure you rest appropriately between sets.
