Perform 1 Full Squat Clean every 30 seconds for 10 minutes

AMRAP in 10 minutes:
10 Toes To Bar
20 Double Unders

Post Clean Loads and Metcon Rounds to  Comments
For the strength segment, pick a load you can handle and complete a full depth squat clean every 30 seconds for 10 minutes (that’s 20 reps for those who have trouble with math…Kristen Shirey).
