50 Thrusters (95/65)
40 Calorie Row
30 Push Ups
20 Air Squats
10 Burpees

Post Loads and Time to Comments
This WOD should be completed in under 10 minutes.  Use a load of 40% 1RM of your Push Press for the Thrusters in the WOD to ensure proper movement execution and to maximize power output and intensity.
