For the strength segment, perform Snatch Balance or Drops as heavy as possible.  Aggressively drop to an overhead squat position and stand the bar up. 

For the conditioning workout, these are full squat Snatches.  Sub 4 pullups and dips for each Muscle Up.

ENDURANCE WORKOUT tonight at 6pm with Coach Paul!
With a partner, alternating rounds, AMRAP in 22 minutes:
9 Burpee “Tire” Jumps
Run 200m
9 Tire Flips
