For the skill segment, you will practice Pistols (ie, one legged squats).  Banded, holding on, to a box, etc.

The conditioning workout is a Strength & Conditioning Benchmark WOD.  Scale the load, line height, or even reps to your capacity.  This is A LOT of air squats, with a big negative component.  If you’re not in shape for 150 reps RX, you’ll be sore for days.  This WOD should take you less than 10 minutes.
