75 Strict Reps
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 Reps For Time:
DB Snatch – each arm (40/25)

Clapping Pushups

Post Metcon Time to Comments
For the skill segment, you are to do 75 STRICT pass throughs (see video below).  Focus here is on form and strength…not speed.   

For the Metcon, do the DB Snatches on each arm each round.  You can do them as Hang Power Snatches.  Scale clapping pushups to regular pushups if necessary.
