50 Strict Reps

10 Deadlifts (225/155)
20 Box Jumps (24/20)
30 Double Unders
Post Workout Time to Comments
For the strength segment, perform 50 strict parallette shoot throughs. Pause for a 1-count in each position. Be as strict as possible. Maintain the tightest of tight cores.
For the conditioning workout, sub 90 single unders for double unders. Step off for all box jumps. No rebounding.
