In teams of two, complete the following for time:
50 KB Swings (52/35)
10 Double Unders
40 KB Swings
20 Double Unders
30 KB Swings
30 Double Unders
20 KB Swings
40 Double Unders
10 KB Swings
50 Double Unders
Each partner must complete each movement before moving on to the next one (50 swings, 50 swings, 10 DU’s, 10 DU’s, etc).
Post Workout Time to Comments
For the conditioning workout, both partners will complete each set of each movement. Try to partner with someone who will use the same KB load as you, but this isn’t absolutely necessary.
