Snatch
Establish 1RM
–Rest–
For Time:
80 Wall Balls (20/14)
At the start of every minute, bear crawl across the gym (approximately 24′) and run back to the wall

Post Snatch Loads and Workout Time to Comments
For the Snatch, take 20-25 minutes to warm up and set a 1RM for the day.  You should work up to the heaviest weight that you know you can get, which is probably more like 98% of your true 1RM.  It’s ok to leave something in the tank for next time.  Receive the bar in a full overhead squat.  Don’t forget to put your PRs up on the PR BOARD!

For the conditioning workout, at the start of the workout and every minute thereafter until you’ve finished complete a 24′ Bear Crawl.  Our gym mats are 4’x6′ to help you figure out your distance.  Men throw to the red line and women to the blue.
