Post  Snatch Loads and Workout Time to Comments
For the strength segment do single rep Snatches from each position as heavy as you can with good technique.  All reps should be received in a full overhead squat.

For the conditioning workout, the KB Snatches are total, not for each arm.  Sub parallette jumps for Double Unders.
