Ring Pushups
3 sets of Max Reps w/1 count pause in the bottom position
–Rest–
4 Rounds For Time:
20 Pushups
30 KB Swings (52/35)
40 Squats
Run 400m

Post Ring Pushups Reps and Workout Time to Comments
For the strength segment perform all pushups with a 1-second “hold” at the bottom.  Set is over when you can’t complete a full rep OR you break your midline.

For the conditioning workout, Basic Swings are RX’d, but scale up to American if you choose.
