Hang Clean
For Time:
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 Back Squats (165/105)
1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10 Burpees

Post Hang Clean Loads and Metcon Time To Comments
For the strength segment, perform 7-8 single rep Cleans from the Hang Position (position 1 or 2).  Receive the bar in a full front squat. 

For the conditioning workout, take the bar from the rack for the back squats.  Scale the load accordingly…approx 40% 1RM.
