Post Back Squat Loads and Workout Time to Comments
For the strength segment, work up to the heaviest single rep Back Squat for the day.  Mark your new PRs on the February PR Board!  All reps must be squatted below parallel.  Use TWO spotters for all max attempts. 

For the conditioning workout, use the heaviest dumbbells or kettlebells you can handle.  Sub knees to elbows or lying Toes To Bar as needed.
