The fifth workout of the 2014 Reebok Strength & Conditioning Open has been announced!  Check out the standards here. We will do the workout as a group on Saturday morning from 9-11am.  If you can’t make it Saturday, you must find a qualified Judge (someone who has taken the CF Judge Certification Course) to score you.
